It’s time for another round of “twenty questions”. I’ve got not only one, but TWO bloggers to feature! The next one is coming very soon, so stay tuned!

Q1. What’s a typical day like for you?

Morning meditation and walk our two dogs before going to work. I wish I could say I am a coffee person, but my body does not like it.

Q2. When did you first become interested in fashion?

Well, my mom was a politician and was named one of the top 10 women in my country right after she passed away a few years ago. I am from the DR, by the way. I loved to watch her when she was getting ready for work in the morning. At 4-5 years old, I would put on her heels as soon as she left and walk around the house!

Q3. What are your favorite sources to keep up with what’s going on in the fashion world?

I love the web and social media, but I still love my print issues of Vogue magazine.

Q4. Any fashion trends you’re currently obsessed with?

Embroidered denim, and denim on denim! Until now, I never dared to do that denim on denim look, but it is so fun!

Q5. Any trends you’d love to try out?

Fringe. Not seeing too much of it right now, but I read that it is not going anywhere, and I have not tried it. It is laid back and chic at the same time, but I have not really found anything that looks good on me.

Q6. Any trends you’re not really a fan of?

The super platform sneakers. That was a little much for me.

Q7. How would you describe your personal style?

Classy and sexy, very feminine.

Q8. What inspires your daily style?

Memories and thoughts of my mother, and what she would say to me before I leave the house.

Q9. What are some things in your wardrobe that you would NEVER give up?

Leather pants and fishnet tights.

Q10. Where do you like to shop?

I love H&M, Nordstrom Rack, and consignment shops.

Q11. What do you notice first about another person’s outfit?

Unique patterns and color mix.

Q12. Who/what are some of your favorite designers?

Chanel! I can spot anything Chanel from miles away. Christian Dior, Victoria Beckham, and Alexander McQueen.

Q13. If money were no object, what would you buy?

A Chanel handbag and pearls.

Q14. What’s the best deal you’ve ever scored on something?

A rare $7,000 Torrini necklace for $3.99 at a consignment shop.

Q15. What’s currently your favorite fragrance?

Coco Chanel Mademoiselle.

Q16. What color are you currently obsessed with?

Emerald green.

Q17. Outside of fashion, what do you enjoy doing for fun?

Volunteering, road trips, bookstores, exploring, movies, and bookstores.

Q18. What’s your dream job?

A fashion magazine editor, or I would love to run a non-profit organization to help homeless pets and/or autistic children/adults.

Q19. What’s one thing about you most people don’t know?

That I am very shy!

Q20. Any inspiring or wise words you’d like to impart?

Happiness is loving yourself inside and out. Be the person YOU want to be.
